As a Software Engineer with DevOps experience, you will be at the forefront of our technology initiatives, working to build robust, scalable software solutions. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in both software engineering and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement in our development lifecycle. Experience with Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD tools.
Key Responsibilities: - Software Development:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - CI/CD Implementation:
Build and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that automate the testing and deployment of applications. Utilize tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to streamline these processes, reducing manual intervention and minimizing deployment risks. - Infrastructure Management:
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud to architect and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. - Monitoring and Performance Tuning:
Monitor application performance and reliability through proactive logging and alerting systems. Utilize monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness. - Code Review and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Advocate for test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing to maintain software quality and reduce bugs in production.
