Our company, founded just two years ago and experiencing hypergrowth, focuses on improving healthcare efficiency and quality through agentic AI, generative AI, and LLMs. With significant funding and a growing roster of large customers, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our engineering team. Salary ranges from $200k-$275k, plus equity that has the potential for lucrative returns.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a team of 3 peers to enhance our cloud infrastructure.
- Work alongside software engineers to design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure production systems primarily on GCP.
- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems to guarantee the reliability of our healthcare AI platform.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, to ensure the infrastructure supports rapid product deployment.
- Develop, implement, and uphold security and compliance policies for the healthcare AI platform.
- Work with teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Create and maintain documentation on infrastructure and operations.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering.
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as ELK, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with HIPAA and SOC2 compliance.
- Background in high-performance computing environments.
