Devops Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Title: DevOps Engineer (TS/SCI with CI Poly Required)
Location: Onsite - Reston, VA or Washington, D.C.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join a mission-critical program supporting national security initiatives. This position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, in either Reston, VA or Washington, D.C., and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. You'll lead efforts to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure that supports development, QA, and production environments. Key Responsibilities: Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions across multiple environments Build, enhance, and manage CI/CD pipelines for code build, testing, and deployment Automate system monitoring, backups, logging, and security operations Partner with development and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices Leverage tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Puppet, or Ansible Manage code with Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or CVS Support AWS environments, databases, and network infrastructure Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, Perl, Java, SQL, or similar languages Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (must be current and verifiable) 4-7 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or systems engineering Expertise in Linux and/or Windows system administration Hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform) Proven CI/CD pipeline development experience Proficient scripting and automation capabilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with secure DevOps methodologies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Work Environment: This position is fully onsite, five days per week in either Reston, VA or Washington, D.C. Candidates must be local or able to reliably commute.
