What You'll Do: - Work with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support comprehensive technical solutions utilizing full-stack development tools.
- Stay ahead of tech trends, experiment with new technologies, participate in tech communities, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Ruby, and Go; employ container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes; and leverage CM tools such as Ansible and Terraform, alongside various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience does not count)
- At least 2 years of experience with Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- A minimum of 2 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience
Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience with Terraform or Ansible
- 2+ years of experience using container orchestration services like Docker or Kubernetes
- 2+ years of experience in coding and scripting (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl, or Ruby)
- 2+ years of experience working with Agile Development Practices

Salary information for this position varies by location. For example, the ranges are McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000 and Richmond, VA: $144,200 - $164,600, for the role of Senior Software Engineer.
This position is eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
