Description:

DevOps Engineer - Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Needs excellent problem solving skills within a Devops skills, looking for perfective and preventive solutions to stay ahead of performance or capacity issues.

DevOps type skills modifying or updating scripts

Monitoring and Alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog

Bash, Python, SpringBoot

Documentation - wiki & docusaurus

SLO Dashboards & Alerts - Windows Friendly

Capacity analysis with VMs and OpenShift to make sure we are always 10-20% above stress test

Vulnerability resolution, Gitlab scanner issues

Dev tool features - Bash or Python

Any Story that is routine and well-defined in the documentation he/she just wrote (example: key rotations)

May help with some automation to help engineers with routine tasks
