DevOps Engineer
Contract onsite in London Day rate: 538 - 687 per day inside IR35
We're currently seeking an accomplished and highly ambitious DevOps Engineer to work with our exceptional client, a world class brand in a secure environment to drive major business transformation, process and technical change across this complex organisation.
The contract role will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment.
The DevOps Engineer role is conducted in an environment that is far from ordinary, therefore, we're not looking for ordinary.
Responsibilities
80% DevOps, 20% Development, focused on a protective monitoring platform
Configuration and administration of data processing tools, scalable storage and analysis platforms associated with processing high-volume data
Carrying out content analysis and creating content conversion specifications and guidelines for various data formats
Maintenance of key infrastructure (e.g. Splunk), including system performance and upgrades
Design and implementation of Splunk solutions, dashboards, reports and alerts
Quality assurance of content and validation of data according to business rules and best practice
Providing technical guidance support of audit content and content system support tools
System fault diagnosis and content error resolution
Take-on work and data on-boarding
Creating and maintaining macros in support of data on-boarding and analysis
Supporting BAU operations and system development (mixture of legacy and new)
Comfortable working in an Agile environment
