Devops Engineer

Must Have Skills:
1. Azure DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub workflow, Pipeline
2. SRE (Site Reliability)
3. Certified Terraform Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Member with 8 to 10 years of experience in DevOps, Terraform, Github Actions, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our DevOps processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of our applications. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of DevOps processes and best practices.
- Oversee the management and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions.
- Provide expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the DevOps environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
- Implement security best practices in the DevOps processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on DevOps tools and practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the DevOps processes and tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Must have expertise in Github Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
- Must have experience with Github and Azure DevOps.
- Must have a solid understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
- Nice to have experience with other DevOps tools and technologies.
- Nice to have experience in a hybrid work model.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
