Job Description:

• Extensive experience as a Atlassian JIRA, CONFLUENCE & TRELLO administrator, with hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and migrating the applications from one instance to another
• Extensive experience with scripting and programming is a plus such as Groovy
• Deep knowledge of custom workflows, configuring screens, fields, project schemes, and ScriptRunner for JIRA
• Familiar with the Atlassian product life cycle as it relates to upgrades and installing/configuring new add-ons
• Familiar with AWS infrastructure like Linux/Windows EC2 instances, RDS SQL instances, Networking services like VPC, ALB, Route 53, Security Groups & Gateways and Security
• Experience in GitHub Enterprise administration, setup & migration of Repos
• Strong collaboration and customer service skills with the ability to build trust among IT and customer stakeholders
