Overview

The Developmental Programs Office Administrator is responsible for handling administrative duties as required by the programs. Each Office Administrator is supervised administratively by the Developmental Programs Operations Coordinator. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for providing coverage as needed on their scheduled days.

Schedule: Mon-Thurs: 4:15pm-7:15pm

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Manage the arrival and dismissal process for both programs to include answering the phones and alerting staff of late arrivals and early dismissals.
  2. Take attendance for staff and clients.
  3. Update Central Reach sessions based on client attendance.
  4. Assist with the set up for sessions to include charging ipads, printing materials and organizing the classroom.
  5. Organize the materials as needed.
  6. Ensure staff and clients are engaged and safe at all times by completing classroom checks and monthly audits.
  7. Neutrally and quickly implement safety, evacuation, and emergency protocols as needed.
  8. May provide designated professional and quality individualized ABA services at all times as directed by the Clinical Supervisor. Clients should be in a safe and positive environment at all times.
  9. Accurately document billed services, including keeping records of session dates and times, description of services provided, and additional documentation as assigned.
  10. Attend training and 1:1 meetings with Operations Coordinator.
  11. Comply with BACB guidelines at all times.
  12. Provide additional administrative support as requested by the Operations Coordinator or Director.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience
  1. High School Diploma
  2. Experience working with children.
  3. Remain in good standing
  4. RBT coursework within 45 days of hire (30 days for PA)
  5. BLS/CPR certification including pediatric BLS/CPR
Preferred Education and Experience
  1. Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  2. Previous experience with or knowledge of individuals with ASD and ABA therapy; or 1-6 months of experience working with children and teens with autism.
  3. BLS/CPR certification including pediatric BLS/CPR
Work Environment

This job operates in the VB centers, a professional and medical office environment.

  3. The employee will, at times, be required to exert moderate work (force). The employee may be required to make physical contact with clients.

Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
