The Center for Women and Families - Development Manager

Together, disrupting the cycle of intimate partner and sexual violence is our mission. Do you want to join us in making a difference in the lives of people surviving power-based violence? The Center for Women and Families is looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about advancing our mission. The Development Manager will play a key role in supporting fundraising efforts to help sustain and grow The Center's programs.

The Center for Women and Families provides free services to anyone who has experienced intimate partner violence and sexual assault. We help our clients and their dependent children become survivors through trauma-informed advocacy. Our goal is to mitigate the impact of trauma by reducing risk factors and building resiliency. We serve anyone in Jefferson, Bullitt, Spencer, Shelby, Oldham, Henry, and Trimble counties in Kentucky and Floyd and Clark counties in Indiana.

The Development Manager is responsible for supporting all Development initiatives and activities while managing their own revenue-generating projects as part of The Center's fundraising strategy in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. The Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Development and Communications, Director of Development, and Director of Communications to develop and support annual fundraising plans that contribute to The Center's financial sustainability.
