Required Skills & Experience


- Bachelors degree in a related field - 3-5 years of experience in a related field - Proficiency in C , TypeScript, JavaScript, LitElement framework (similar to Angular and React), web components. - Full stack development (50% back end, 50% front end). - Experience with medical devices and regulated documentation/testing. - Strong proficiency in .NET technology, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, components concepts, and hardware communication/multi-threading. - Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and team player.

- Experience in a regulated industry. - Good developer with 5+ years of experience (Senior title). - Open to bright young candidates; role can be downgraded if necessary. - System architecture knowledge. - Prefer candidates who stay longer with the company. - Experience with enterprise-level, big-scale companies.


Job Description


Senior Engineer - Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SW applications and systems. Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-quality solutions. Ensure efficient performance and scalability. Demonstrate a passion for software development, craftsmanship, and test-driven development. Plan, track, and communicate software development efforts. Contribute to design, testing, and documentation. Manage project lifecycle: research, development, design, evaluation, testing, and delivery. Prioritize work to identify root causes and create corrective action plans. Follow software development standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development. Perform duties in compliance with FDA and state regulations, ISO 13485. Handle DevOps functions. Adhere to company policies and codes of conduct. Ensure compliance with governmental laws and regulations. Represent the company professionally and uphold ethical business practices. Day-to-Day: Work in a very small team (3-4 people) and wear multiple hats. Focus on intraoperative neuromonitoring (80-90%) and updating the Excelsius Ion. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.


Salary: $140k-170k
