Are you passionate about Machine Learning and Data Sciences? We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Engineer to join our innovative team and drive impactful solutions in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize production machine learning solutions to create personalized recommendations.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practice software design and maintainable, well-tested codebase.
  • Conduct training sessions and present work to technical and non-technical peers and leaders.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into scalable machine learning solutions.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated model deployment and testing.
  • Understand business priorities and strategic goals to build requirements and solutions.
Skills
  • 4-year degree in Quantitative disciplines or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and either PySpark or Scala.
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as Pytorch, TensorFlow, xgboost, sklearn, and ONNX.
  • Experience with cloud ML services like Vertex AI, Azure ML, or SageMaker.
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies, specifically Kafka and Spark.
  • Excellent communication skills for data-driven storytelling.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to meet tight timelines.
Preferred Skills
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Java.
  • Experience with distributed training frameworks like Spark, Ray, or TensorFlow Distribute.
  • Experience with serving frameworks such as Torch Serve, TensorFlow Serving, or Fast API.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members in ML skillset and career development.
