Development Coordinator (Temporary)
Concord, CA Onsite 9:00AM to 5:00PM
You are a proactive and highly organized Development Coordinator (Temporary) to provide vital administrative and logistical support to our Development team. This full-time temporary role is essential in helping execute fundraising campaigns, maintain donor relationships, and coordinate internal processes. Ideal candidates are adaptable, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position pays: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative support including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, note-taking, and document organization
- Assist with donation processing, data entry, and generating timely donor acknowledgment letters
- Support logistics for fundraising events and campaigns, including RSVP tracking and day-of event help
- Coordinate team operations such as scheduling, shared documents, and tracking progress on development initiatives
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed
What you bring:
- Experience in administrative, development, or customer service roles (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with donor databases like Raiser's Edge, EveryAction, or Salesforce
- Positive, flexible team player with a strong commitment to confidentiality and DEI values
