What You'll Be Doing as the Development Accountant: -
Take the lead on 4 active real estate development projects - from start to closeout

Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep everything aligned

Prepare and reconcile key financials - balance sheets, working capital, and more

Analyze the general ledger, trial balance, and income statement

Ensure timely, accurate reporting that keeps leadership informed and projects on track
What You Bring as the Development Accountant: -
2-3 years of accounting experience (real estate industry is a definite plus)

Excel wizardry - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, no problem

Experience with Yardi or MRI

Confident communicator who can manage projects independently and effectively
