Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Jackson, MS / Milford, CT(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong coding skills. They will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications, along with testing and maintaining code to ensure quality and functionality.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:
  • Designing, coding, and modifying software applications according to business requirements
  • Writing clean, scalable, and efficient code using appropriate programming languages
  • Testing and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems based on evolving business needs
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on Experience in development.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C , etc.)
  • Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Pay Details: $49.00 to $71.00 per hour
