Akkodis is seeking a
Developer for a
Contract job with a client in
Edison, NJ(Hybrid) . Candidates must have experience in supporting processes aligned to ITIL best practices and understanding customer requirements for transformation projects.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include: - Support Processes: Align processes with ITIL best practices to ensure efficient and effective IT service management.
- Customer Collaboration: Work with customers to understand the scope of transformation and develop a detailed plan with clear timelines.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead the implementation team, handle technical issues, and front-end customer interactions for status meetings.
- ServiceNow Design and Development: Analyze, design, and develop complex functionalities in ServiceNow, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure SLA features, approvals, notifications, foundation data, and workflow customization for ITSM features.
- Integration Management: Install and configure MID Server, develop integrations including Integration Hub, Rest APIs, Azure AD, SSO, E-bonding, and Inbound/Outbound Integrations.
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ITSM solutions, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Strong expertise in developing integrations using Integration Hub, Rest APIs, Azure AD, SSO, E-bonding, and Inbound/Outbound Integrations.
