Akkodis is seeking an experienced
Intelligent Automation / RPA Developer for a
contract position in
Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions, along with strong business analysis and technical documentation skills.
Pay Rate: $53.00 - $68.00/hour on W2 . The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Intelligent Automation / RPA Developer Job Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
- Design, develop, and configure automation applications to meet defined business process requirements.
- Conduct process reviews to ensure comprehensive understanding prior to automation development.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including design documents, test procedures, and scenario logs.
- Provide post-Go-Live support to business operations and stabilize automated processes.
- Assess and prioritize automation opportunities from a technical and business feasibility standpoint.
- Deliver accurate technical estimations and participate in delivery planning and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine solution architecture, approach, and development timelines.
Desired Qualifications: - 8-10 years of total professional experience in software development or automation roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
- Proven ability to design and implement intelligent automation solutions aligned with business goals.
- Experience with effort estimation, process documentation, and delivery planning.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills: - RPA Developer Certification (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.).
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enhanced automation or intelligent document processing.
