About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer to join our team and contribute to our Global Marketing Design projects.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data models and configurations, as well as supporting the team through various stages of testing and production roll-out.

Pay Range: $50- $55

Responsibilities-

• Gather requirements from clients for Global Marketing Design initiatives.
• Design and develop data models, data flows, journey configurations, offer configurations, segment creations, and jobs.
• Conduct peer reviews of deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with operational teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production roll-out phases.
• Identify and fix bugs during UAT and System Integration Testing (SIT), utilizing debugging skills to troubleshoot errors.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and retain complex material effectively.
• Conduct unit testing and document results before transitioning to the test environment.
• Support production roll-out and provide quick resolution for any bugs encountered.
• Run processes, replicate errors in development and test environments, review logs, and assist in versioning to production.
• Provide training and guidance to team members as a Senior Developer, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Education Qualification -

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills-

• Strong experience in designing and developing data models and configurations.
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting errors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct thorough unit testing and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in training and guiding team members.
• Familiarity with UAT, SIT, and production roll-out processes.
