Developer for a
Contract job with a client in
Cambridge, MA(Hybrid) . You will provide L1/L2 production support and system administration for Veeva Vault applications, ensuring issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include: - Provide L1/L2 production support and system administration for Veeva Vault applications in alignment with SLA requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Manage user account lifecycle processes, including creation, modification, and deactivation.
- Ensure compliance with GxP standards and maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.
- Support the generation of custom reports, dashboards, and manage object-level data within Veeva Vault.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault application support or a similar production support role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow processes, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Requests.
- Understanding of GxP systems and documentation practices within the Life Sciences industry.

deep.kumar Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
