Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required: - 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.
- Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have's: - Building applications using Apex and Lightning.
- Working with Lightning Framework, Lightning components, Lightning events, and Salesforce Lightning Design system.
• Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications with necessary customization. - Support cross-systems and related integrations across the native Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build solutions on the platform, including development in Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and API's.
- Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles.

Typical Task Breakdown: - The scope of the implementation includes:
1) Automate the research proposal submission and review process
2) Conduct proposal reviews by reviewer and chair team
3) Streamline grant management and tracking
4) Provide real-time reporting and analytics on research activities
5) Integrate with existing ARI systems for seamless data flow.
Key Projects: - Hiring contingent workers to implement Salescloud solutions
- Will be providing integration support and implementing changes to system designs.
- Need to be able to be a lead/leader on projects - Review design & changes and handle implementation needs with minimal direction.

As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced by the team raises the bar and defining standards for Salesforce excellence.
You will also maintain existing features/ products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally.
You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature sets.
Your technical skill set and teamwork capabilities will be key contributors to successfully launching global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap.
