Pay Grade 7: $57,200 - $68,600

Classifications: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt, Non-Ministerial, Domestic, Non-Missionary

Typical Duties:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using C , ASP.NET MVC, and related technologies.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing project requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices as well as current coding and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues under supervision.

  • Work closely with IT team members to deploy, maintain, and optimize applications in production environments and train users on those applications.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices to improve development processes.
  • When needed, work alongside other IT staff to provide technology support.
  • Maintain membership at an Every Nation Church.
Minimum Qualifying Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum Qualifying Experience:
  • One to three years of software development experience, focusing on C and ASP.NET MVC.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and exposure to frameworks such as JQuery.
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL Server, including writing and optimizing queries.
  • Exposure to version control systems such as Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow software development best practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
