Desktop Technician II

Are you ready to take your technical skills to the next level? Join our team as a Desktop Technician II and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge computer systems and equipment. Responsibilities
•  Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer technology.
•  Provide technical support throughout the product development and implementation process.
•  Test and verify hardware and peripherals to ensure they meet specifications and requirements.
•  Monitor and modify equipment to ensure system conformance with specifications.
•  Analyze information to plan and recommend computer and peripheral equipment modifications. Skills
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•  Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
•  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•  Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
•  Familiarity with configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software, and internet directory services software. Preferred Skills
•  Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
