Support Technician
Duration: 30 month contract + Ext.
Onsite Wichita, KS
Pay $22-$26 hourly

Required Skills and Experience.
- Must be local to Wichita, KS
- 2-3+ years experience as a support technician for PCs
- Experience imaging brand new devices and associating the correct permissions and policies
- Experience with basic troubleshooting in an M365 environment
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent customer service skills
knowledge of
- Ability to manage devices in Intune, Active Directory and SCCM
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting and configure both iOS and Android mobile devices
- Knowledge of 5G and WiFi IT networking
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with the process to set up a user's mobile device.
- Both MAC & Linux OS knowledge
- Knowledge of using Citrix on a mobile device
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, etc.
