Job Title: Technician Standard II
Location: Washington D.C. 20433 (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Note: This position is 5 days/week in office presence and there will be In-person interview.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Proven track record in technical support.
- Extensive experience in customer service.
- Expertise in mobile device management and asset life cycle management.
- Proficient with ticketing management systems.
- Ability to assist and support various projects.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn about new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Mac support experience is a plus.
- Experience in conducting training sessions is a plus.
