Full Time

$25.00/Hr. - $28.00/Hr.

Overview: Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Solutions and Services division for a contract Desktop Support Technician role onsite in Janesville, WI. The contract will last between 1-3 months and will be M-F, 7-4PM.

Starting pay is $25/hr. Background and drug screen will be required for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution: Diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Hardware and software maintenance: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.
  • On-site and remote support: Providing technical assistance to users, both in person and remotely.
  • End-user support: Assisting users with basic computer tasks and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Candidate should have an A+ (or be willing to get).
  • Windows 10 knowledge.
  • Hardware repair experience both PC and Printer.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Experienced with providing PC support both desk-side and remote.
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience is a plus.
