Position Overview: We are looking for someone to support workstations, laptops, Macs, and peripherals. They will ensure device compliance and health by addressing issues,
Required Skills: - 3 years of experience deploying PCs and providing support to end users in a large enterprise environment (1,000 PCs+).
- 3 years of experience developing, testing, and maintaining PC images.
- 3 years of experience supporting PCs in a large domain environment.
- 3 years of experience installing and configuring PC hardware and peripherals.
- 3 years of experience repairing PCs by replacing hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.
- 3 years of experience with security, disk encryption, and anti-virus products on Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple OSx MACs.
- 3 years of knowledge of Active Directory and experience troubleshooting GPOs and name resolution.
- 3 years of experience managing profiles and certificates on Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple OSx MACs.
- 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple OSx MACs using remote tools (SCCM remote, RDP, ARD).
- 2 years of experience providing application support for MS Office 365 on Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple OSx MACs.
- 1 year of experience integrating Macintosh systems into an Active Directory Domain environment.
- 2 years of scripting experience with VBS and PowerShell (Highly desired).
- 2 years of experience with Configuration Management Console queries and reporting (Highly desired).
- 2 years of experience with SCCM OSD Task Sequences, thorough understanding of their implementation and how to create and optimize (Highly desired).
- 2 years of experience using the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) technologies and Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDT) (Highly desired).
- 2 years of Microsoft Certification (Highly desired).

Duties: - Monitor incident queues, take ownership of issues, and assist customers as needed.
- Ensure all support tickets are kept up to date and well-documented.
- Provide documentation on issue resolutions for other teams, as needed.
- Monitor and report on PC issues, escalate problems, and collaborate with teams including SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and the IT Service Desk.
