Desktop Support Technician

We're in search of a Desktop support Technician who interface with the agency users remotely and in person, so customer service skills are as essential as technical skills.

Status : Onsite

Job Description

• The technicians in these positions will be providing support for multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort. We are looking for candidates with at least one plus year of experience.

• Required 1+ year of desktop support experience.

• The office for this position is located at 200 Mero Street Frankfort Kentucky 40601.

The preferred candidate would need the following:

ü Excellent customer service and communication skills

ü Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation

ü Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)

ü Ability to work under pressure

ü Hardware and software experience

Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft TEAMS.
