$25-28/hr


Tier 1 support, end user support, troubleshooting, networking, LAN, WAN, Windows, ticketing systems (SAP), hardware and software support, Linux support.


Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees and visitors experiencing IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to effectively manage IT support tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex or high-priority issues as needed.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including LAN/WAN networks, Windows and Linux systems, and related devices.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions within the SAP Network Request system.
  • Ensure proper follow-up to confirm issue resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to IT documentation, system standards, and procedural updates.
  • Support security administrators in system monitoring, security patching, and access control management.
  • Perform routine system upgrades, performance tuning, and hardware optimization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to enhance IT support services and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, as well as IT security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with SAP or similar IT ticketing systems is a plus.
