IT Support Technician
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00PM
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Location: Niskay, NY (Onsite)Primary Responsibilities: - Repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
- Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals.
- Setup, configure, and add hardware components.
- Execute asset management tasks: installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC).
- Support large IMAC events for printer migration and PC refreshes.
- Provide in-person technical support to end users on-site.
- Back up and transfer user data.
- Document and improve existing support processes.
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve end-user technical issues.
- Assist Site Leader with escalations and established procedures.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Operate in an enterprise IT environment.
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable bending, crawling, and being on your feet for extended periods while walking the facility.
Requirements: - Drug and background screen
- Reliable transportation
- 1-3 years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
- Certifications not required but a plus.
