IT Support Technician
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00PM
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Location: Niskay, NY (Onsite)


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
  • Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals.
  • Setup, configure, and add hardware components.
  • Execute asset management tasks: installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC).
  • Support large IMAC events for printer migration and PC refreshes.
  • Provide in-person technical support to end users on-site.
  • Back up and transfer user data.
  • Document and improve existing support processes.
  • Collaborate with teammates to resolve end-user technical issues.
  • Assist Site Leader with escalations and established procedures.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Operate in an enterprise IT environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable bending, crawling, and being on your feet for extended periods while walking the facility.
Requirements:
  • Drug and background screen
  • Reliable transportation
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
  • Certifications not required but a plus.
