Deskside Support Technician
Pay rate: $22.00-23.00 per hour
Work Schedule: - Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Overtime: As needed
Location: West Jefferson, NC 28694
Position Type: Contract-to-HirePrimary Responsibilities: - Provide deskside support for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of IT support requests.
- Collaborate with teams and leadership to maintain operational efficiency.

- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work scheduled hours.
- Strong Soft Skills:
- Ability to work with strong personalities and maintain professionalism.
- Coachable, team-oriented, and receptive to leadership feedback.
Experience & Education Requirements: - Experience: 6 months - 2 years in a related role.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: No specific IT certifications required.
Travel & Location Requirements: - Travel limited to the job site.
- Candidates should be located within 30-minute commute preferred
