Deskside Support Technician
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Location: Auburn, AL 36832 Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Deskside Support Technician to assist with day-to-day IT support and a planned migration at our Auburn facility.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide deskside IT support to end users
- Assist with ongoing system and hardware migrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support standard applications and equipment
- Collaborate with remote IT leadership to ensure timely resolution of issues
Top Required Skills: - Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential
- Must demonstrate a proactive work ethic in an environment with limited onsite IT leadership
- Strong hands-on support experience with desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Comfortable with software migrations and end-user support
