Job Title: Deskside Support Technician
Location: Auburn, AL
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Work Schedule: - Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift with a 30 or 60-minute lunch
- Start time between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (flexible)
- No on-call or shift differentials
Primary Responsibilities: - Provide deskside support for customer hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems independently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while working with strong personalities and high-pressure situations.
- Proactively manage IT-related tasks with minimal site IT leadership.
Top Required Skills: - Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and reliable for attendance and task completion.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to de-escalate tense situations and work with demanding users.
Qualifications/Requirements: - Drug and Background screening
- Minimum of 2 years preferred in IT support or a related field.
- Commute Requirement: Candidates should be within a 30-minute commute of the job site.
