  • Lovelace Health System includes six hospitals, 51 healthcare clinics, and seven outpatient therapy clinics, with 619 inpatient beds, and employs a team of more than 3,400, including more than 263 healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user computer problems of a moderate nature to ensure end-user productivity.
  • Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at the end user's location to resolve problems using basic troubleshooting and technical skills.
  • Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the enterprise.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • One (1) year experience in Information Systems / Network Administration.
  • Experience with Windows 2000 Server and Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 Administration Skills
  • Hardware knowledge and experience in installing and replacing computer peripherals.
  • Working knowledge of Ethernet networks, Server and PC hardware, network printers, Microsoft Office

    2000, Exchange 2000, Active Directory, WINS, DNS and DHCP.
Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent technical training
  • MCP certification
