Akkodis is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for a Direct-Hire job with a client in Sheboygan, WI. A Level 2 (escalated from helpdesk) technology troubleshooting/repair/resolution services for all deployed workstations, mobile devices, applications, network/remote access & messaging services, for end-users across all sites.
Pay Range: $48k/yr.- $ 53k/yr. on Full Time. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced IT & Deskside Support Engineer
- Desktop tech (manufacturing experience preferred but not required).
- Mosel Plant providing tech support for that location- Sheboygan, WI.
- Should have 4+ years of experience.
- Imaging, troubleshooting, Win10/11, SCCM, AD, etc.
- Experience deploying images, software & updates with workstation management tools.
- Manage local site logistics, including storage room, organizing inventory, shipping, and receiving.
- Level 2 (escalated from helpdesk) technology troubleshooting/repair/resolution services for all deployed workstations, mobile devices, applications, network/remote access & messaging services, for end-users across all sites.
