Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Nashville. This role involves solving a wide range of hardware-related computer problems and providing exceptional end-user support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assisting users with computer issues and a strong background in Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for end-users.
- Provide on-site support to various departments within Nashville, including travel on state buses as needed.
- Assist users with Windows Active Directory and general Windows operating system issues.
- Utilize ServiceNow or other ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being courteous and professional at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in physically assisting users with computer hardware issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Excellent end-user experience and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel locally within Nashville.
- Must be friendly and professional, as maintaining a positive work environment is crucial.
