We are seeking a skilled and motivated Support Technician (Level II) to join our team in Cushing, MN. This role is ideal for IT professionals who have experience supporting 200-300+ end users and thrive in both office and field environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and rack-mounted systems
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity issues
- Respond to and manage tickets and support calls efficiently
- Provide technical support for Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Manage mobile devices and tablets using MDM systems
- Travel to pipeline sites across multiple states to support field users and ensure hardware and connectivity performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in desktop or technical support
- Prior field technician or field support experience is highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting skills in networking and hardware-related issues
- Proficiency with mobile device management (MDM) tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road
