Role Title : Desktop Support Specialist
Location: Ashburn, VA
Duration: W2, Contract & Full Time
Experience/ Skills
- The Contractor must provide one Technical Support Specialists II that is highly skilled in installation, configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Work requires the technician to climb desks, follow technical SOP, troubleshoot basic operating system issues, and communicate effectively with customers and team.
- In addition, the technician should have experience with a ticketing system and excel knowledge, I.e., basic formatting and formulas.
- Coordinate with third-party components.
- Assist with PC Refresh activities
- Track and analyze logs
- Run training and product demonstrations
- Participates in all phases of IT systems development
- Assist with similar IT related tasks as required.
Qualification:
Must hold an A+ certification
Education details:
Any bachelor's degree/Associate degree is required - High School Degree
