Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an on-site support technician in Wilton, CT. This person will be responsible for imaging laptops and computers for a 6 month contract that could potentially be extended or converted perm depending on performance.
PR $25-28/hr

Skills and Requirements
Re-image Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops for replacement/redeployment (In-Office)
Complete technical troubleshooting of computer hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Update relevant IT ticketing system to record, technical steps taken and any complications. - Audio/Visual Experience
