Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users

Required Skills

Unpack boxes and stage for i-tagging
Organizing PCs and parts in stock rooms
Work tasks & perform data updates in ServiceNow system
Process PCs & delivery for State Surplus
Perform updates in AssetWorks system
Assist with PC pickups, deliveries, shipping
Assist with testing new PC models
Performing lifecycle replacements
Physical PC inventories
Provide PCs to customers
Image/Provision PCs
Use SharePoint for file management
Win 10, 11 knowledge preferred
Basic knowledge of Mac OS helpful
M365 knowledge preferred
