- Ability of generate SMSTS logs and troubleshoot image failure issues.
- Extensive experience with Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience with SCCM/Intune.
- Understand the shipping and logistics process.
- Fast learner and adapt to customer environment.
- Excellent customer handling and soft skills.
