Job Description An employer in the Aliso Viejo area is seeking a Help Desk Specialist. This individual will be working on site, 40 hrs/week. The company is looking for someone with 2+ years in a Help Desk role with strong troubleshooting experience & experience working with password resets/changes, setting up computers, configuring laptops, and other basic troubleshooting duties. Must have experience working with a ticketing system. On a daily basis, this person will be assisting with Soft skills are very important for this role.
