We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide technical support and ensure client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer support tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to RFID technology and associated hardware.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and address complex technical challenges.
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of resolutions.
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Skills
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with RFID hardware and peripherals.
- Experience with mobile device support, particularly Android.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
