About the Role: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Perform advanced repairs on Lenovo laptops and other devices. Configure and deploy systems through network imaging. Provide VIP-level technical support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Intune. Document solutions and workflows in ServiceNow. Escalate critical issues and follow through to resolution. Collaborate with global IT teams to optimize support processes.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in desktop support or related IT roles. Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and Intune. Proven ability in hardware repairs (Lenovo preferred). Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Required Skills: A+ or Microsoft certifications. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
Pay range and compensation package: Salary: $30 per hour
