Our Global Enterprise client is looking for Support Technicians to join their team in multiple locations.
Location: Onsite in one of the following locations: Lisburn, Colchester, Carterton, Northwood, Shefford
NOTE: Active SC Clearance will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Migration setup.
- Set up Refresh Clinic.
- Refresh laptops.
- Move devices as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic.
- Login to systems as required using devices provided, under instructions.
- Collect existing devices from users and hand over new devices according to the migration schedule.
- Update the Contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps.
- Report issues promptly to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
- Pass unresolved issues to an onsite Post Migration Support Engineer.
- Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.
- Package collected devices for disposal or refurbishment, marking boxes accordingly.
- End of day, move all devices and equipment to onsite storage.
