- Installation: Set up new device and ensure it works properly (laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones).
- Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and service checks.
- Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues with malfunctioning equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Identify problems and implement solutions.
- Customer support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers locally and remotely.
- Documentation: Keep records of services performed, assets used, and interactions with users in the system we use for it.

- Hardware: Assembly and maintenance of desktops and laptops
- Operational Systems: Windows 10 and 11
