  • Installation: Set up new device and ensure it works properly (laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones).
  • Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and service checks.
  • Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues with malfunctioning equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify problems and implement solutions.
  • Customer support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers locally and remotely.
  • Documentation: Keep records of services performed, assets used, and interactions with users in the system we use for it.
Job Requirements

Details:
  • Hardware: Assembly and maintenance of desktops and laptops
  • Operational Systems: Windows 10 and 11
  • Productivity: Office 365
  • Mobile: iOS and Android (smartphones and tablets)
  • Meetings: Video Conference Room
  • Network: TCP/IP Protocol
  • Manage tickets: Incidents and Requests
  • Asset Control: must be organize with the equipment's of the client
  • Remote access support to users
