Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in McKinney, TX for a Designer Sales Specialist at Pool Boss. The Designer Sales Specialist will be responsible for contacting leads and setting appointments. Meeting clients in person to measure and evaluate outdoor space while obtaining client wish list and design style. This role will engage in custom designs for each client for entire backyard vision- pool, patio, landscape, turf, sports courts, kitchens, and the like. This person will be communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, utilizing design expertise to create high end desired renderings, driving and securing sales contracts, and have strong ability to work with the construction team. Base knowledge of pool construction is needed, experience with Structured Studios VIP3D is required. Some work-from-home options are available for this role, however, in office and on site is required.
