Responsibilities:
The Boutique Director will sell directly to our high end customer base and hire, lead, and develop the sales and operations of the store to consistently meet and/or exceed sales plans. Lead the development of a strategic approach for the store to drive sales by developing marketing, event plans to maintain and build clientele lists and database. This position plans special events, and develops marketing and advertising plans to attract c-Suite level executives. Act as the brand ambassador in the community by building relationships with business organizations, clubs and non profits for client development and special events. Execute superior customer service and clienteling on a consistent basis to increase and retain customer loyalty.
The Ideal candidate is great at building relationships with clients and an entrepreneurial mentality who has a Passion for Fashion and strong sales & relationship skills.
Qualifications:
Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail; event planning experience with non-profit and charities a plus. Proven track record in budgeting, sales generation, managing the achievement of sales results and profitability targets. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships. Must have a College Degree. Opportunity for significant income (salary and commission) and clothing allowance included. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
