Design Engineer (P.E.) - Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
We are seeking a Professional Engineer (P.E.) with expertise in pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) systems. This role requires hands-on experience with MBS software and the ability to stamp and seal drawings for various structural projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze custom metal building systems for industrial, commercial, and agricultural applications.
- Utilize MBS software for structural design and load calculations.
- Stamp and seal engineering drawings for permit approval and project execution.
- Collaborate with in-house drafting, detailing, and fabrication teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Provide technical expertise to support sales and estimating teams.
Requirements:
- P.E. License (Professional Engineer) required.
- MBS software experience is mandatory.
- Background in pre-engineered metal buildings preferred.
- Strong understanding of steel structures, building codes, and load requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
