Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Design Engineer 2 in Alpharetta, GA. The work will be done onsite three days a week. The rest will be work-from-home. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $36.50/hr including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay. Cullerton Group will provide sponsorship.

The main function of a design engineer is to apply the principles of computer science and mathematical analysis to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the software and systems that make computers work. A typical systems engineer analyzes user needs, and then designs, tests, and develops software to meet those needs. Position's Contributions to Work Group:
- Creates drawing packages for manufacturing/asbuilts.
- Create BOMS
- Create Wire Lists
- Support Production Engineer in Hardware related parts and custom wiring design.
Education & Experience Required: Technical Skills:- Electrical hardware controls experience. Schematic Designer.
- Able to read and understand electrical schematic drawings.
- Autocad Electrical/Eplan user experience
